Set in World War I, Allied forces have successfully captured Nazi-controlled territory that has been marked as a red zone. While clearing the area, a soldier discovers a large tunnel hidden among the trenches and forests. The mysterious bunker appears abandoned, leaving a tense aura in the midst of an unfinished war. The platoon leader immediately sends troops to investigate the place. However, as soon as they open the dark and gloomy tunnel entrance, a mechanism activates, closing the iron door behind them. Trapped inside the long underground tunnel, they have no choice but to move forward, hoping to find a way out.

Fear turns to terror when they realize that they are not the only ones there. Horrifying creatures begin to emerge from the darkness— JUGGERNAUTS, bloodthirsty zombie soldiers, CERBERUS, a ferocious mutant dog, and a large mutant dog named DOGMA, who, although not aggressive, continues to haunt them with his howls that vibrate the tunnel walls.

The casualties continued to mount, leaving five soldiers wounded, exhausted, and desperate. But the horror was not over. They now faced CERBERUS, a giant mutant two-headed dog with a venomous snake for a tail. Freed from its cage, the monster slaughtered them one by one without mercy, only one soldier remained—Xavier. On the verge of death, he prepared to accept his fate, until DOGMA reappeared. The two beasts fought fiercely, giving him a chance to escape. With the last of his strength, he ran through the darkness, toward a glimmer of light in the distance.
Just as he made it out, a bomber plane launched its attack. The massive explosion destroyed the bunker and everything inside. He survived, but he knew that the underground hell had claimed too many lives—and would haunt him forever.
